GOAT Bridge User Guide
GOAT Bridge is the main entry point for moving assets between GOAT Network and supported source chains. This guide covers the standard bridge flow, the receive flow, fees, wallet compatibility, and the safety checks you should make before every transfer.
Supported Routes
| Category | Supported options |
|---|---|
| Source networks | Bitcoin, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Metis |
| Supported assets | BTC, BTCB, DOGE, BANG, GOATED |
| Supported BTC wallets | UniSat, OKX, OneKey, Phantom, Bitget |
| Supported EVM wallets | MetaMask, OKX, Bitget, OneKey, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect |
GOAT Network uses native BTC as gas. BTCB bridged from BNB Chain cannot be used to pay gas on GOAT Network.
Standard Bridge Flow

Open the Bridge tab
The default view is Bridge.
Select the network and asset
Choose the source network and the asset you want to move.
Connect the sending and receiving wallets
You can use the default receiving wallet or provide a custom compatible address.
Enter the amount
Make sure the amount is above the minimum threshold for the selected route.
Review the transfer details
Verify the source chain, destination chain, amount, gas fee, bridge fee, and target address.
Confirm the transfer
Click Transfer, approve the transaction in your wallet, and pay the required gas fee.
Track the progress
Use Transaction History or your linked Telegram notifications to follow the transfer status.
Confirm arrival
Once the bridge completes, check the receiving wallet on GOAT Network for the bridged balance.
Receive BTC on GOAT Network
The Receive tab is designed for users who already hold BTC in an exchange or Bitcoin wallet and want to bridge directly into GOAT Network.

The receive flow currently supports BTC from Bitcoin mainnet only. Send at least 0.0002 BTC to avoid the transfer being treated as dust.
Open the Receive tab
Connect your EVM wallet or enter a custom EVM address to generate the bridge-in address.
Withdraw BTC on Bitcoin mainnet
In the exchange withdrawal flow, choose BTC on Bitcoin mainnet and paste the generated bridge-in address as the destination.
Account for exchange fees
Make sure the final received amount remains above the minimum bridge threshold after the exchange withdrawal fee.
Refresh and verify
Refresh the page or check the history view once the exchange confirms the withdrawal.
Generate the bridge-in address
Connect your EVM wallet or provide a custom GOAT Network destination address.
Send BTC on Bitcoin mainnet
Use a Bitcoin wallet that supports Bitcoin mainnet and make sure you are sending BTC, not a wrapped variant.
Adjust the fee rate if needed
If the transaction remains unconfirmed, raise the Bitcoin network fee rate in your wallet.
Check the GOAT Network history view
Once the transaction confirms, the bridged assets should appear in your GOAT Network receiving wallet.
Switch Assets or Networks
- Click the network or asset selector in the bridge panel.
- Pick the route you want to use from the selector modal.

Fees and Limits
| Topic | Details |
|---|---|
| GOAT Network gas token | BTC |
| BTC bridge fee | 0.1% service fee plus Layer 1 network fee |
| DOGE / BTCB cross-chain fee | Includes LayerZero service fee |
| Minimum amount | Depends on the asset and route |
| BTC special limit | BTC transfers cannot include more than 200 UTXOs and must stay below the UI maximum |
Fees are dynamic and depend on live chain conditions. Recheck the final amount before approving the transaction.
Safety Checklist
- Verify the destination chain and receiving address before confirming.
- Use only the official bridge and official GOAT Network communication channels.
- Never share your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password.
- Do not resubmit a transfer if the bridge is still processing. Duplicate submissions can create recovery issues.
- Keep a small amount of native BTC on GOAT Network for future gas fees.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Recommended action |
|---|---|
| No BTC gas on GOAT Network | Bridge a small amount of native BTC from Bitcoin mainnet |
| Transfer feels slow | Wait for source-chain confirmations and check history before retrying |
| High fee estimate | Review advanced gas settings in your wallet and lower them when appropriate |
| Wrong network or asset selected | Cancel before signing, then reopen the selector and choose the correct route |
