QuickPay
QuickPay lets merchants accept payments without an application or website. Create a payment link for products, services, or custom amounts in the Merchant Portal and share it with customers or AI agents.
GOAT Flow provides the hosted payment page and agent-compatible payment flows using PayKit components. No coding or SDK integration is required from the merchant.
What QuickPay Supports
| Entry point | Customer experience | Pricing and payment methods |
|---|---|---|
| Products | Browse a catalog containing multiple products or services, or open a link to a particular item | Set a fixed price and Card, Crypto, or both for each product individually |
| Any Amount | Enter an amount and, when requested, a payment reference | Set the accepted payment methods and applicable limits separately from Products |
QuickPay links can accept Card only, Crypto only, or both, depending on your payment setup and the methods selected for that product or Any Amount link. QuickPay supports Card payments through Stripe and Crypto payments authorized through the payer's wallet.
Crypto Amounts
A Crypto price is an amount of the selected Token. For example, a price of
12.50 paid in USDC means 12.50 USDC. The buyer selects an available chain
and Token, and GOAT Flow applies the configured precision and amount limits.
Card Amounts
QuickPay Card payments are quoted in USD. A price of 12.50 means
12.50 USD. If you enable Card and Crypto on the same product, the same
numeric price is used for both; QuickPay does not automatically convert between
USD and the selected Token. Check that the price suits every method you enable.
Merchant Setup
- Complete Merchant Portal setup.
- Choose whether to accept Card, Crypto, or both.
- For Crypto, configure receiving wallets and supported chain/Token pairs under Payment Setup → Crypto Payments. Maintain sufficient fee balance where order fees apply.
- For Card, arrange Card access for your merchant account and connect a Stripe account that is ready to accept charges. Card-only merchants do not need a Crypto receiving wallet.
- Add products or services under QuickPay → Sell Products. Set each product's name, price, availability, and payment methods individually; descriptions and images are optional.
- If you want customers to enter their own amount, configure QuickPay → Accept Any Amount and its payment methods separately.
- Activate QuickPay in Payment Setup → PayKit Settings, then confirm your payment links are Live. Preview the Products catalog and check the available methods for its products and your Any Amount link.
- Copy the appropriate links from the portal. Test each enabled payment method and review the recorded result before sharing links with customers.
Detailed receiving-wallet, Card, and activation instructions are in the Merchant Portal guide.
Hosted Links
| Link | When to share it |
|---|---|
| Products catalog | Offer multiple products or services and let the customer choose an item |
| Individual product | Take the customer directly to one product or service |
| Any Amount | Let the customer enter the payment amount and any required reference |
| Agent entry | Let an AI agent discover your products and supported payment options |
Copy the links shown in the Merchant Portal rather than constructing them yourself. A Products catalog can contain multiple items; it does not combine them into a shopping cart or manage inventory.
How QuickPay Works
- Your settings define the offer. GOAT Flow reads the saved product price and payment methods. For Any Amount, the buyer enters an amount within your configured limits.
- Customers or agents open the payment entry point. Customers use the hosted page; agents read the merchant's machine-readable payment information.
- The buyer authorizes payment. Crypto uses an authorized wallet payment to the configured merchant receiving address. Card details and payment authentication are handled by Stripe's payment UI.
- GOAT Flow records the result. GOAT Flow verifies the on-chain Crypto payment or receives the Card result from Stripe and updates the payment and order records in the Merchant Portal.
Creating or sharing a link does not charge the customer. The buyer still needs to authorize payment. GOAT Flow supplies the payment flow; your business remains responsible for delivering the goods or services and handling customer support.
Agent Discovery
Share the agent entry link provided by the Merchant Portal. GOAT Flow publishes machine-readable merchant information, products, prices, payment options, and limits so an agent can discover how to pay.
An authorized agent can carry out a supported Crypto payment. For Card, an agent can prepare a checkout link for the customer to open and complete; the agent does not collect the customer's card details or complete card authentication on their behalf.
Payment and Recovery
Review payment and order records under Payments → All Orders. A closed browser, an interrupted payment page, or a customer screenshot is not enough to determine whether a payment succeeded.
Crypto Recovery
If a wallet submitted a transaction but the page has not confirmed it, check the recorded order and transaction before asking the buyer to pay again. On-chain confirmation can arrive after the page or wallet request times out. Keep the transaction hash when seeking support; an uncertain result is not a reason to send another transfer.
Card Link Recovery
If the customer closes the page or returns from Card authentication without a clear result, check the recorded order before requesting another payment. An existing checkout can be reopened while it remains valid and payable. If it has expired or appears stuck, resolve the original payment outcome before asking the customer to start a replacement.
Fulfillment
- Review the order in the Merchant Portal and confirm that processing is complete and no fulfillment restriction remains. A Card payment can be recorded while the order is still held for further handling.
- Match the product or payment reference, amount, and currency to the purchase. For Crypto, also check the chain and Token.
- For Any Amount, compare the amount received with the amount you expected. A successful payment alone does not establish that an invoice or product has been paid in full.
- Deliver the goods or services according to your own business process. QuickPay does not manage stock or automatically fulfill an order for you.
Use Refund Requests and Disputes in the Merchant Portal when a Card payment needs follow-up.
