Sequencer Rewards

Sequencers earn operating rewards on GOAT Network for processing network activity. Reward handling differs by asset type and network phase.

Claim Flow

Choose the recipient address

Decide which address should receive the BTC reward payout.

Call the locking contract

function claim(address validator, address recipient) external

Receive the BTC reward

The BTC gas reward is transferred to the configured recipient address.

Historical GOAT token rewards are tracked now but will only be claimable after the Token Generation Event. Preserve the intended recipient address so you can later call the reclaim flow with the correct destination.
